ZAGREB, April 6 (Hina) - Commenting on a motion submitted by a Zagreb-based company to the Zagreb Commercial Court to launch bankruptcy proceedings against the Konzum retail chain over a HRK 9.5 million debt, Konzum, which is part of the ailing Agrokor Group, said that any creditor had the legitimate right to file such a motion but that the motion itself did not mean that bankruptcy proceedings would be launched or that it would affect the goals of the concern's restructuring.
