ZAGREB, March 2 (Hina) - Health Minister Milan Kujundzic said on Thursday, following the Constitutional Court's decision to turn down a proposal submitted 26 years ago by an association which had asked that the existing law regulating abortion be declared unconstitutional, that the government would very soon launch a wide public debate so that a new abortion law could be adopted in the next two years, underlining that the government was not considering restrictive measures regarding women's right to abortion because "never in history have bans resolved any problem."
