ZAGREB, Feb 28 (Hina) - The Franak association of holders of loans denominated in Swiss francs said on Monday that although the case was within its jurisdiction, the Chief State Prosecutor's Office (DORH) decided not to prosecute banks based on the Consumer Loans Act and referred the case to the Croatian National Bank (HNB) which, according to Franak, already stated it did not want to sue banks so "everything is now up to the individual efforts of loan holders and the Franak Association."
