Ledo d.d., responsible person: Dario Vrabec, residing in Zagreb, Rukavec 3B (hereinafter: Issuer) received on 17 February 2017 a written resignation of Mr Kristijan Buk, from the position of Member of Supervisory Board of the Issuer, pursuant to Article 260a of the Companies Act.
The Supervisory Board of the Issuer will hold regular sessions until the appointment of the new member, and the Issuer will inform the investment community regarding the Call for the General Assembly for appointment of the new member.
