ZAGREB, Feb 16 (Hina) - Serb deputies at the House of Representatives of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliament on Thursday failed to show up for a previously scheduled session in line with their previous announcement that they would block decision-making in the state parliament until the issue of a request for a review of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ruling in Bosnia and Herzegovina's genocide and aggression lawsuit against Serbia was resolved.
