ZAGREB, Feb 15 (Hina) - A majority of members of the European Parliament, who on Tuesday evening participated in a discussion on a draft progress report on Bosnia and Herzegovina prepared by EP rapporteur Cristian Dan Preda, described the document as a well-balanced report that points out the changes which that EU aspirant should make while abiding by the principles of federalism, decentralisation and full equality of the three constituent peoples.
