ZAGREB, Feb 10 (Hina) - Former Prime Minister and Social Democratic Party leader Zoran Milanovic said on Friday he was shocked by the entire case surrounding his chief of staff Tomislav Saucha after he was charged with defrauding the state budget of more than HRK 540,000 (EUR 72,000) and EUR 1,360 through bogus travel expenses claims.
