ZAGREB, Feb 7 (Hina) - The European Union's existing cohesion policies have not been efficient when it comes to islands and future criteria for drawing those funds should honour their specific features, a Croatian member of the European Parliament, Tonino Picula, said during a debate on the EU policy on islands in Valleta on Tuesday, his office stated in a press release.
