ZAGREB, Jan 22 (Hina) - The Serbia-Kosovo negotiations on the normalisation of the relations between those two neighbouring countries will resume in Brussels on Tuesday under the mediation of the European Union and Serbia's top officials President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic are expected to come in Brussels, after a recent Serbian provocation with a train carrying a message "Kosovo is Serbia".
