Ledo joint stock company for the production and trade of ice cream and frozen foods, Zagreb, Čavićeva 1a, MBS: 080002964, OIB: 87955947581, responsible person: Dario Vrabec, residing in Zagreb, Rukavec 3B (hereinafter: Issuer) concluded on 21 December 2016 the Loan Agreement between the Issuer as a borrower and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a provider of loan and certain associated companies as guarantors (hereinafter: Loan Agreement) aimed for export development. The total principal amount of the loan is EUR 3.3 million. The loan was approved with repayment period of 12 months from the date of signing the Loan Agreement.
On 21 December 2016 the Issuer assumed liability as one of the guarantors for the liabilities of the companies Jamnica, Zvijezda and PIK Vrbovec as the borrowers and the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development as a provider of loans. The company Jamnica concluded the Loan Agreement with the principle amount of EUR 15 million and maturity date of 30 June 2025. The company Zvijezda concluded the Loan Agreement with the principle amount of EUR 10 million and repayment period of 12 months. The company PIK Vrbovec concluded the Loan Agreement with the principle amount of EUR 20 million and repayment period of 12 months.
The Management Board of the Issuer reviewed the provisions and transactions contemplated by the Loan Agreement and any other financial documents (as defined in Loan Agreement), specifically on the principle of the loan, interest rate, maturity, other fees, and rights and obligations of guarantors, after which represented by the President of the Management Board, Dario Vrabec, assumed liability as one of the guarantors for the liabilities of the associated companies.
