ZAGREB, Jan 11 (Hina) - The Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (HBOR) on Wednesday confirmed that it had received a Greek complaint letter demanding payment of collateral over failure by a Croatian shipyard to deliver patrol boats, and HBOR, which provided the collateral for the deal, said that the Greek demand was partly groundless.
