ZAGREB, Jan 2 (Hina) - A lower exchange rate of the euro when converting to the Croatian national currency kuna in 2016 compared to the previous few years shows that in a period of growing economy, the kuna is more exposed to appreciation pressures, and therefore it is no surprise that in 2016 for the first time since 2012, the HNB's intervened on the foreign exchange market to buy the euro, according to an analysis issued by Raiffeisenbank Austria (RBA).
