From 24 December 2016, a number of media statements have been made regarding potential acquisition of INA shares by the Government of the Republic of Croatia.
In respect of these statements INA-INDUSTRIJA NAFTE, d.d. would like to make the following announcement:
INA has no information on this potential acquisition of INA shares that could be considered inside or regulated information, beyond the ones publicly available. If and when INA receives any inside information in regards to this potential acquisition it will be processed and published in accordance with the Capital Market Act.
