ZAGREB, Dec 22 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Thursday expressed satisfaction with the decision of the S&P agency to affirm Croatia's 'BB' long-term and 'B' short-term foreign and local currency sovereign credit ratings and to revise its outlook to stable from negative, which is the first upgrade of Croatia's outlook in nine years.
