ZAGREB, Dec 18 (Hina) - Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on Sunday apologised to all who had felt insulted by a memorial plaque with the Ustasha salute "For the homeland, ready" put up in Jasenovac, but added that the plaque commemorated 11 veterans killed in the 1991-95 war and that this was the reason why a commission would be formed to give recommendations regarding symbols of totalitarian regimes, which would then be translated into regulations.
