Of the total number of the permits issued in October, 612 were issued for buildings and 160 for other structures. By type of construction work, 499 permits were issued for new buildings and 273 for reconstructions.
The permits issued in October 2016 envisaged investment of HRK 1.5 billion in the construction of new buildings and other structures, which was 5.7% less than in October 2015, while planned investment in reconstructions increased by 168.5% to HRK 804.2 million.
The number of building permits issued in the first ten months of 2016 increased by 24.3% to 6,328, while the planned value of work rose by 14.2% to HRK 18.05 billion.
