ZAGREB, Dec 11 (Hina) - Croatia's parliament finished a 14-hour long session on a 2017 draft budget shortly after Saturday midnight, and during the debate that started on Saturday morning, Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic described the draft as a step forward in achieving social solidarity while at the same time it was aimed at strengthening fiscal stability and sustainability.
