ZAGREB, Dec 10 (Hina) - Parliamentary Opposition parties on Saturday attacked a draft 2017 state budget, criticising the government for unrealistic income planning, spending money that is not there and forgetting about teachers and pensioners, while Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic refuted the criticism and reiterated that the government took a serious and rational approach in planning the budget which, according to him, will meet all the expectations through the principle of solidarity.
