ZAGREB, Nov 18 (Hina) - Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Friday that he did not want to undermine relations with Croatia, but stressed that Belgrade understood the message from Zagreb and its decision to appoint former Hague tribunal indictee General Ante Gotovina a government adviser.
