ZAGREB, Nov 10 (Hina) - Croatian Parliament Speaker Bozo Petrov said on Thursday that the partners in the government-- his Bridge party and the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) -- had hammered out an agreement on reducing electricity prices and keeping the preferential Value Added Tax rate (VAT) of 5% for bread, milk and medicines as part of the tax reform plan.
