ZAGREB, Nov 5 (Hina) - Croatian Economy Minister Martina Dalic said in Riga on Saturday that the Croatian-Chinese memorandum of understanding on cooperation between ports and port industrial parks created the framework for the arrival of Chinese investors in those sectors of the Croatian economy for which major European funds were not planned.
