ZAGREB, Nov 4 (Hina) - Social Democratic Party (SDP) parliamentarian Pedja Grbin on Friday welcomed a ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the case of two bank clients against Privredna Banka Zagreb (PBZ) and bank management board chairman Bozo Prka, which, he underscored, implies that sanctions against banks that fail to comply with legislation on consumer crediting were not against EU rules.
