ZAGREB, Nov 1 (Hina) - Croatian Foreign Minister Davor Ivo Stier on Tuesday commented on yesterday's arrest of ten former members of the HVO Bosnian Croat forces in Orasje, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), who have Croatian and Bosnian citizenship, saying Croatia had expressed concern also via the embassy in Sarajevo and that he had given the ambassador clear instructions about the case.
