ZAGREB, Oct 18 (Hina) - A second indictment has been issued against retired Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) general Borislav Djukic, who has been standing trial for the mining of the Peruca dam, and it charges him and seven other persons, including senior JNA officers, with the murder of 117 civilians, rape, property destruction and expulsion of residents of Sibenik-Knin County.
