As part of that cooperation, more than 20 medical students from Split have had the opportunity to attend further training at this renowned university in the United States.
"With this agreement we will expand our cooperation on the academic and clinical levels by exchanging residents," said Zeljko Bosnjak, Vice Chairman for Research and Professor of Anaesthesiology and Physiology at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
He recalled that the Wisconsin school also cooperated with other medical institutions in Croatia. He underscored that over the past 33 years, more than 50 physicians from Croatia had attended the school in Wisconsin.
