ZAGREB, Sept 11 (Hina) - Nearly 9.5% less voters went to the polls in Croatia's early parliamentary election by 16.30 am on Sunday, compared to the elections held nine months ago, the State Election Commission said at 1700 hrs, adding that a total of 1.25 million voters had cast their ballots, making the turnout 37.5%.
