ZAGREB, Sept 8 (Hina) - The Appeals Chamber of the State Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday upheld a decision of the State Electoral Commission (SIP) to reject the request of the authorities of the Bosnian Serb entity to forward the electoral roll to them which they intended to use for a referendum planned for 25 September on the issue of the entity's national day, local media reported.
