ZAGREB, Aug 9 (Hina) - The Bridge party said on Tuesday that the decision by the public broadcaster Croatian Radio and Television (HRT) to air a debate between the leaders of the two largest political parties - the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) and the Social Democratic Party (SDP) - on August 12, prior to the official election campaign starting, was in fact a violation of democratic standards and that the HRT was not working in public interest but was promoting political elites.
