The Council on Monday adopted amendments to the Decision on Municipal Order making it possible for the city authorities to fine tourist walking in old town Dubrovnik "in a swim suit or without their clothes or part of their clothes"
There will be signs at 3 entrances into the town – at Pile, Ploce and Buza – and anybody ignoring them will face being fined.
After a few dress code ‘incidents’ over the past few seasons, the local authorities have decided to regulate “good behaviour” for tourists and residents by introducing on the spot fines.
