ZAGREB, June 21 (Hina) - The Women's Network of Croatia, which consists of 34 non-governmental organisations, on Tuesday sent a letter to state officials declining an invitation to a reception to mark the 25th anniversary of Croatian statehood, explaining that they are concerned with the state of women's human rights and an "absence of active protection or political dialogue aimed at protecting acquired rights."
