ZAGREB, May 6, 2016 (Hina) - The Zagreb County Court on Friday could not decide on an indictment issued against former transport minister and incumbent Zadar Mayor Bozidar Kalmeta whom the national anti-corruption office USKOK indicted together with 12 other persons for syphoning over HRK 15 million and EUR 850,000 from two state-owned road companies during Kalmeta's term as minister in the period from 2008 to 2011, and the reason for postponement of the decision were procedural errors.
