ZAGREB, April 21 (Hina) - Croatian Finance Minister Zdravko Maric said on Thursday that the latest figures from the national statistical office on the deficit and public debt in 2015 sent a clear message to the European Commission that Croatia wanted to exit the Excessive Deficit Procedure (EDP) and to rating agencies that public debt would continue to decline.
