Pursuant to Decisions on granting an authorization of the Management Board to acquire treasury shares and Decisions on the exclusion of pre-emption rights upon disposal of treasury shares, adopted by the General Assembly of Atlantic Grupa d.d. (hereinafter: the Company) on 30 June 2014, on April 5th, 2016 the Company acquired 1.300 shares of the total nominal amount of 52,000.00 HRK, which represents 0,04% of subscribed capital of the Company, at the average market price of 828.00 HRK per share. Before said acquisition the Company owned 227 shares of the Company, with the total nominal amount of 9,080.00 HRK, which represents 0,007% of subscribed capital of the Company, while after said acquisition the Company owned 1.527 shares, with the total nominal amount of 61,080.00 HRK, which represents 0,05% of subscribed capital of the Company.
The purpose of said acquisition is the realization of the awarding program for management and employees and the Company's awarding politics in accordance with its Optional Award program.
