ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - Italian judge Flavia Lattanzi, a member of the ICTY trial chamber that acquitted the accused Serbian Radical Party leader Vojislav Seselj on Thursday on all counts of war crimes committed against Croat and Muslim civilians in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croat civilians in the Serbian province of Vojvodina, issued a partially dissenting opinion saying that the acquittal contradicted the evidence presented and was not based in international law.
