ZAGREB, March 31 (Hina) - The former director of the Humanitarian Law Centre and anti-war activist, Natasa Kandic, said on Thursday that the acquittal by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY) of Serb Radical Party leader Vojislav Seselj was "surprising" and that it would be difficult to sustain the ruling on appeal.
