ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves, who was on a visit to Croatia, said in Zagreb on Tuesday that the terrorist attacks in Brussels with 34 fatalities and 170 injured people were the reason why Europe was today shrouded in mourning, and that it was absolutely clear now that close cooperation between European security services was an absolute priority.
