At today's session of Žito d.d. Supervisory Board, new elected president to the Supervisory Board is Zvonimir Mršić, Podravka d.d. Management Board president.
Žito d.d. Supervisory Board provided compliance to the acquisition of business share of the company PODRAVKA d.o.o., Ljubljana by Žito d.d.. and this officially marks the beginning of the integration process of Žito d.d. into Podravka Group system, after Podravka d.d. recently became the 100-percent owner of Žito d.d.
Total effects of Žito's integration into Podravka Group system are expected in 2019, and it is estimated about EUR 5 million for EBITDA of Podravka Group.
Supervisory Board approved consentual withdrawal from the three present Management Board members of Žito d.d., Erik Žunič, Sandi Švoljšak and Peter Rajačič. All the former Management Board members remain working at Žito d.d. as executive directors. Pursuant to the Supervisory Board resolution, the Management Board of Žito d.d. consists of two members. Mr. Janez Bojc remains as presiding to the Management Board of Žito d.d., while new appointed member is Milan Tadić, senior vice president at Podravka d.d. in charge of Adria region.
