Brodosplit was once again selected for the job at an international tender by the Italian architectural-construction consortium Venezia Nuova. A contract is expected to be signed in April.
Italian media reported that Brodosplit was confirmed as the best bidder by far and officially selected to build steel barriers for three passages. Each barrier weights 300 tonnes.
