ZAGREB, Feb 5 (Hina) - The majority in the parliamentary Elections and Appointments Committee on Friday turned down a proposal from Opposition party benches that former minister of the interior Ranko Ostojic of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) be appointed chair of the Home Affairs and National Security Committee.
