DUBROVNIK, Dec 30 (Hina) - Dubrovnik Mayor Andro Vlahusic on Wednesday said that he did not feel guilty of misuse of office and powers with which he and businessman Luksa Frankovic have been charged by the anti-fraud office USKOK, and he congratulated the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) who, as he said, had announced his arrest and an early election in Dubrovnik, on its "speed and efficiency."
