The value of construction works carried out in Q3 2015 was HRK 5.02 billion, of which 3.48 billion was generated by own workers and 1.54 billion by subcontractors. This value in the first nine months of the year was HRK 13.67 billion, of which 9.58 billion was generated by own workers and 4.09 billion by subcontractors.
The value of new orders in Q3 2015 was HRK 3.89 billion, up 6.9 per cent compared with Q3 2014, while in the first nine months of the year it was HRK 10.38 billion, an increase of 4.8 per cent compared with the same period of 2014. Of this amount, 4.77 billion accounted for buildings and 5.61 billion for other structures.
Broken down by type of construction, transport infrastructure accounted for 35.5 per cent of all the works done, followed by non-residential buildings (31.6%), pipelines, communication and energy lines (16.9%) and residential buildings (12.6%).
