ZAGREB/THE HAGUE, Dec 15 (Hina) - The Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) on Tuesday quashed the Trial Chamber's verdict against former Serbian State Security Service (SDB) officials Jovica Stanisic and Franko Simatovic that had acquitted them of any responsibility for war crimes committed in Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1991-95 and ordered a retrial.
