on 11 December 2015 Issuer has received a notification of changes in the voting rights of Allianz ZB d.o.o. Mandatory Pension Fund Management Zagreb, Nike Grškovića 31, MBS: 080406033, OIB: 58384724129 in the name and for the account of AZ Mandatory Pension Fund Category A and AZ Mandatory Pension Fund Category B. Allianz ZB d.o.o. Mandatory Pension Fund Management for the account of AZ Mandatory Pension Fund Category B on 10 December 2015 acqiured 7,444 ordinary shares of the Issuer and, thereby, crossed the 10% threshold of the voting rights in the Issuer, after which Allianz ZB d.o.o. owns 36,187 shares, representing 11.53% of the voting rights of the Issuer. Before the transaction, Allianz ZB d.o.o. Mandatory Pension Fund Management owned 28,743 shares (9.16% of the voting rights).
