MADRID, Dec 5 (Hina) - A higher body of a Madrid court of inquiry has quashed a decision on the extradition of former Yugoslav secret agent Vinko Sindicic to Croatia asking that the decision be amended, and a final decision on Sindicic's transfer to Croatia is expected to be known next week, Hina learned from court sources.
