SARAJEVO, Nov 10 (Hina) - The international community's High Representative to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valentin Inzko told the UN Security Council on Tuesday that reforms in the country were only possible by respecting the Dayton peace agreement, and praised the progress the country achieved in European Union integration, his office in Sarajevo said in a press release.
