The Supervisory Board of the Issuer, at its meeting held on 3 November 2015, has appointed mr.sc. Dario Vrabec, residing in Zagreb, Rukavec 3B, OIB: 11973826791 at the position of the president of the Board of the Issuer as of 1 December 2015.
