SARAJEVO, Oct 8 (Hina) - The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), Serge Brammertz, has said that there is not enough willingness in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), and Serbia to prosecute high-ranking persons responsible for war crimes, and that the BiH Prosecutor's Office is far too slow in handling cases referred by his office.
