ZAGREB, Sept 23 (Hina) - Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic said on Tuesday evening that Serbia would not introduce any measures against Croatia as that would mean introducing measures against the European Union and stressed that Serbia should start functioning as a state in terms of the treatment of migrants as well as that he had offered his Serbian counterpart Croatia's assistance in their transport.
