This year again, the ministry has been implementing a project for the rehabilitation of Palestinian children with breathing difficulties. The "A healthy child today - a driver of development tomorrow" project was launched three years ago and is part of development cooperation between Croatia and the Palestinian National Authority.
Pusic said she was pleased with the project and that it would continue.
Next year, for the first time, children from Gaza will come to Croatia for medical rehabilitation, possibly accompanied by Palestinian physicians specialising in respiratory diseases.
