ZAGREB, Sept 8 (Hina) - Zagreb County Court Judge Ivan Turudic said on Tuesday that the motion by the defence team representing former Prime Minister Ivo Sanader in the Hypo Bank and INA-MOL corruption cases to disqualify him from the retrial of their client would be decided by the Supreme Court.
